Since the founding of this company in 1949, we have been committed to creating and providing the most cost effective (the best quality & functionality at the minimum cost) products and services to the whole world. Our efforts in pursuit of this commitment have resulted in continual growth from a small metal working shop into a multi-division, internationally oriented corporation with nearly 1000 employees. Today FEMCO is consisted of fiveoperating divisions with serveral affiliated companies.Our machine making divisions enjoy an advantage over our competitors by having spontaneous feed back about problems and ideas from our own in-house machine users.(l.e. our other manufacturing divisions.) Having the captive machine and system making operation allows our other manufacturing divisions to employ the most efficient and economical production facilities. In addition to our own R&D, we are also actively soliciting technological transfer from foreign companies. Through licensing agreements, we are entering into new fields such as FMS, environmental protection and power generation systems & projects.We emphasize pursuit of excellence and customer satisfaction more than growth in revenue and profit.
